2024 Mid-Winter Conference

Dear NCSPP Community,

The theme for the NCSPP 2024 Mid-Winter Conference in January is Evaluating the Provider Pipeline in Health Service Psychology, which is explained in more detail in the Call for Proposals. The conference planning committee and I are well aware of how the socio-political climate in Florida is oppressing many of our vulnerable brothers and sisters and we are poised to create a conference that is an act of social justice.   

The conference will be held January 15-19, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables and will be a hybrid event designed for those who will attend in person and for those who will access the conference via virtual technology.  

Please review the attached Call for Proposals form here. The deadline for submitting proposals is October 6, 2023. Please send an e-mail message to ncsppoffice@gmail.com if you have any questions. 

Virtual Presentations Encouraged!  We have confirmed with our technology company handling the Mid-Winter Conference that we can support virtual presentations for any presenters who will attend remotely.  If you would like to present at the conference and are planning on attending remotely, please submit your proposal using the Proposals Submission Form and notice the box for “Presentation Modality” under the “General Information” heading.  Please check “Other” and indicate that you would like to present virtually.
